We'll call you in advance to make sure the product you've chosen will be suitable for your event. Some of our inflatables require specific amounts of space for them to be safely used. If you are planning on putting an inflatable inside, please check with the event space prior to booking to see what their requirements are.

If the inflatables are to be used in a garden, please remember they need a constant, safe power supply. We do have extension cables, but you will need to provide the electricity.

If you have an inflatable that you would like to use with water, please check with us first on suitability prior to applying any water to ensure safety and prevent damages.
